Starting in Fall 2024, we will be launching the new Information Technology and Service Innovation (ITSV) Program.

  • ITSV Debut: The ITSV program will officially kick off in Fall 2024 with the first cohort.
  • New Course Offering: The foundational course, ITSV 101 - Foundations of Service Management, will be offered for the first time in Fall 2024.
